Hey there Boxheads,
Thanks so much for being such super fans and friends of Candlebox. We are glad to have your support and especially glad that you have chosen to spend your evening with us.
This VIP Package gives you a lot of extras but you must follow a few simple rules.
PLEASE READ THOUROUGHLY!
If you ordered this package within 7 days of the show you're attending, your shirt(s) will be arriving shortly, but your tickets and laminates will be held at the venue. Your tickets will be at WILL CALL on the day of the show, under your first and last name, so bring your Identification. No ID, no tickets.
You must be at the venue no later than 3:15 PM (time subject to change, we will contact you day of) to meet our contact for entrance into the venue for sound check. You will be met IN FRONT of the venue by our contact and walked in. Please do not come to the bus asking for directions, where the band is, etc. The door will not be answered and neither will your questions.
All shows are GENERAL ADMISSION, unless otherwise noted on OUR site. We cannot guarantee any preferred or special requirement seating.
You must bring your laminate (or any others, if you purchased more than 1 VIP Package) with you to the venue in order to be allowed entrance to the venue for sound check.
This pass does NOT grant you ALL ACCESS, so please do not expect or try to present it as such. It is a souvenir that gets you into sound check only, so please do not abuse the privilege.
GENERAL "HOUSE" RULES
Please respect the venue/space that you are entering. The band does not own these clubs, so house rules stand, whatever they may be.
If the show is 21 and over, no one under 21 will be allowed in, so please do not purchase these for your kids, It simply cannot be done.
If you cannot make it to sound check we cannot guarantee that you will get to meet the band. However, the band does make the effort to come out after the show to sign and say hello.
After soundcheck, you will get to meet the band, take photos and get whatever autographs you may like. If you are planning on bringing a musical instrument for them to sign make sure to bring it to soundcheck as there is no guarantee that you will be able to get it in to the venue at show time or signed after the show.
VIP Credentials are Non-Transferable but if someone purchases them for you with their credit card just send us an email and we'll make sure to get the names correct for the WILL CALL list. We reserve the right to revoke a VIP Pass without refund if you transfer your VIP perks to someone else, otherwise misuse or abuse the VIP Pass & its privileges, or violate any of the venue, house or above rules.
