Return & Exchange Policies

Most orders ship within 48 hours (or 2 business days).
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within five to seven business days.

International Orders
At this time we are Not shipping International.

CONDITIONS OF SALE Exchange Policy
Please include customer info (name, phone, ship to address, reason for exchange, size and product needed. We will ship within 3 business days from receiving your exchange item.

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or 1st class depending on weight of your order.

All International orders are shipped via DHL World Wide Express. Not Available at this time.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH! We cannot be responsible for lost cash.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment for orders must be made by:

  • credit card
  • money order
  • cashier's check made payable to "Candlebox"
  • Personal checks are acceptable for U.S. orders only.
Please note:
  • All checks / Money Orders must be paid in U.S. dollars. There will be a $25 fee charged for bounced checks.
  • Please complete a separate check/money order transaction and order form for each order you are placing.
  • Check or Money Orders placed via mail will be held in our system for 15 days.
  • If payment has not been received by us within 15 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled without notice. You must send your order and your payment together. Orders received without payment will not be processed. Please send order and checks to address below.
  • Absolutely NO C.O.D. orders can be placed. NO Starter Checks. Checks must have preprinted name and address.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars only.
  • TX residents must pay an additional 8.25% sales tax.
